Do all users in my company automatically have access to all information in the District?
No, you can control access in the District in detail so that the employee (s) can only access Axeptia in the District, if desired. This means that your employees can have a District user who only has access to Axeptia, they do not need to have access to any other information such as account transactions.
What does it cost?
To get started with Axeptia, you must have an agreement with Axeptia that includes a subscription fee. The subscription fee varies accoriding to chosen subscription plan and the number of users and legal companies you want in your plan. You will not pay Danske Bank to get access to Axeptia in District ( – the Danske Bank financial platform. With Customer Insight, you will get an overview of accounts receivable and insight into the probability of being paid on time, and in general. With the Customer Risk Management, you can take actions on insight, collaborate, and share data in your value chain, so you get paid, faster. The Customer Risk Management is a complete working tool, with many dashboards, filtering options, alerts and risk monitoring. Axeptia offers two subscription plans:
A simpler service called Customer Insight. You get this from NOK 100,- excl. VAT per user per month. Includes 1 user, and 1 company (Plus NOK 100,- per extra company/user). Your Axeptia data and insights submitted to District applications (Danske Bank does not have access to your Axeptia data).
A full-scale solution, which is an Axeptia workspace. You get this from NOK 3.490 excl. VAT/ month/company. Includes 1 user and 1 company
(Plus NOK 490,- excl. VAP per extra user). Note: With Customer Risk Management, you will automatically get access to Customer Insight. Feel free to talk to Axeptia about which subscription plan setup that will be best for you. You can try Axeptia for free for a month to test the solution.
Is there a lock-in period with Axeptia?
No, Danske Bank customer will not have any lock-in period in their subscription plan.
However, ask Axeptia to get a special discount if you you are not afraid of a lock-in period. Contracts for 2-3 subscription plans will qualify for nice discounts.
Who do I enter into an agreement with, Danske Bank or Axeptia?
You enter into an agreement with Axeptia for the delivery of the service. Then you change your District agreement with Danske Bank to control who has access to use Axeptia in District.
How do we connect to Axeptia?
You sign an agreement with Axeptia, and the Axeptia team members will guide for next step.
Axeptia does the integration job to your systems and partners. When the service is ready and you have received your username, you only need to create a personal password, and then the service (s) is made ready for you.
Note: If your company uses Microsoft 365, you can use Axeptia trough your normal Microsoft 365 credentials, meaning that you do not need to log into Axeptia, as long as you are logged into Microsoft365. This also adds two-factor authentication for your added security.
How long does it take to activate Axeptia for my company?
Once you have signed an trial-period or an agreement with Axeptia, you will usually have access to the solution via District during a calendar week.0-3 days for Axeptia (depending on number / type of integrations)0-3 days access in District (from signed to implemented agreement)
Please note: Integrations to your ERP system, debt collection provider and credit insurance prodvider varies depending on system from typically 1 day to 3 weeks. A better estimate will be given, once Axeptia knows what system integrations that is needed.
Who is the solution for?
Axeptia is industry-agnostic, and is suitable for all companies that invoices their own customers. However, companies that sells Business to Business, will have greater benefit from the solution, due to restrictions on data that can be monitoried on consumers.
The 2 different solutions will both be able to give you insight and an overview, while the full-scale solution offers a complete tool for you who want everything in one place. Feel free to try both solutions and see what suits you best.
What do I do if I do not have an agreement with a credit information provider today?
Axeptia has partner agreements with CreditSafe, Dun & Bradstreet and Experian, and can assist with this. Contact Axeptia for information and price.
During the trial period, credit information for 30 days is included. (the offer lasts until 2022, and assumes unchanged terms from the credit information provider)
After the trial period, you will need to sign your own agreement directly with a chosen credit information provider. Axeptia supports today; Credit Safe, Dun & Bradstreet (formerly Bisnode), and Experian.
Note: You may allready have a contract with a credit information provider. If, so, you can use your current contract, as long as Axeptia gets an approval.
How does Axeptia connect to my ERP system?
If Axeptia allready has an integration connector established to your ERP-system through a so-called API, Axeptia will only need access to this API. If Axeptia does not already have an integration connector established, you only need to send (preferably daily) a secure file to Axeptia. Axeptia will also continuously consider making a connection to your financial system via the API.
Can I use Axeptia anywhere other than in the District?
Yes, you can use the full-scale solution of Axeptia directly with Axeptia. You do not have to log in to District to access this. You get the whole experience of getting everything together in one place in the District.
